Somewhere between Hatha, Ashtanga, Flow and Vinyasa, you will immerse yourself in the world of yoga guided by the experienced yoga instructor. The new yoga and meditation room offers a peaceful ambience for your postures, stretches and relaxation.

Who is yoga teacher Annalisa?
Annalisa is 33 years old and comes from Latsch, here in the Vinschgau Valley. She has been practising yoga since 2005 and has been an active yoga teacher since 2018. Her style is Vinyasa Yoga. Various further training courses on the cycle of the moon, gynaecology, Kundalini, meditation and Tantra Yoga enable her to offer a holistic yoga practice today.
What does yoga look like in your everyday life?
For me, yoga is not just about the pure practice on my mat. It's also about awareness and mindfulness for ourselves in everyday life. I always try to incorporate mindful minutes into my daily routine and feel what I need. Sometimes I need something calming, sometimes something energising - it varies.
What advice would you give to someone who has never done yoga before but would like to start?
(laughs) Get into the adventure!
In your opinion, what are three reasons why everyone should practise yoga?
Firstly, stress reduction, secondly, body awareness and thirdly, the bliss you feel after a yoga class.
