The bathrobe in your wellness bag is at your disposal for the duration of your stay. We kindly ask you not to wear your bathrobe for breakfast, dinner and after 6.00 pm at the hotel bar.

The beauty area is open Monday to Saturday from 2pm - 7pm and additionally on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 9am - 11am.

Appointments: Can be arranged directly at the beauty reception or at the hotel reception.

Cancellations: If you are unable to keep booked spa treatments, please cancel 12 hours in advance, otherwise you will unfortunately be charged 80%.

Punctuality: In order for our staff to keep treatment times, we kindly ask you to come to the spa department 5-10 minutes before your treatment appointment.

Jewellery: it is recommended not to wear jewellery during treatments.

Bathrobe: we ask you to come in your bathrobe.

We have mountain- & e-bikes at our disposal.

The mountain bikes are free of charge.

For the e-bikes we charge Euro 35,- for 1 whole day. The corresponding key, helmets and water bottles are available at the reception.

You can settle your bill at the reception from 8 a.m. on the day of departure or by 9 p.m. the evening before. As means of payment we accept bank cards (EC card), credit cards (Mastercard and Visa), cash payment.

If the amount exceeds € 1,000, we recommend making a deposit the day before, as EC cards often have a daily limit of € 1,000 abroad.

When paying in cash, please note Italian legislation, which only allows cash payments up to a limit of Euro 4,999.99 for EU citizens.

Should the bill be made out to a specific address, please let reception know in good time.

Please inform our staff at reception if you are planning something special. Otherwise we will be happy to prepare a small birthday surprise for you.

You are free to choose your seat at breakfast.

If you would like to have breakfast in your room, please ask your waiter in the dining room for the order form, fill it in precisely and return it to him the evening before. There is a charge of Euro 15.00 per room for this service.

The Citybus Mals-Schluderns-Glurns stops directly in front of the hotel. The bus stop for the direction Passo Resia is at the north entrance of Burgeis. For bus timetables, please contact the reception!

Should you still use our wellness department on the day of departure, showers, our changing room and lockable cupboards are available next to the beauty entrance.

You are welcome to use our wellness area on the day of departure. This is free of charge for stays of two days or more, otherwise we charge 25 euros per person.
We kindly ask you to settle the hotel bill by 11 a.m. nevertheless.

All hotel consumptions (drinks, a la carte dishes, spa treatments, etc.) are booked directly onto the hotel bill, which you pay at the end of your stay. You will receive the receipts on the following day at breakfast. We kindly ask you to check and sign them.

We will pamper you with a 5-course menu, which you will find on your table for selection at breakfast.

Should you enjoy dinner out, we kindly ask you to inform our service team in time. In this case, 12 euros per person will be deducted.

There is no dress code in our house, everyone should feel comfortable. However, we ask you not to come to breakfast and dinner in your bathrobe.

In our underground car park we have 3 charging stations. All electric and hybrid vehicles can be charged there (cost 0,60/kWh).

Our environment is very important to us. We would be pleased if we could look after it together and do something good for it. For changing bed linen, please place the ecology cube on the bed, for fresh towels please place them on the floor. If you do not have bathing shoes with you, you will gladly receive a pair at the reception.

Our new fitness room is equipped with state-of-the-art machines from Technogym. The light-flooded room is perfect for your cardio, strength or no-equipment workouts. It features climate-control and is open daily from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm.

We are happy to provide flowers for you if you order them at least one day in advance at the reception. Except Sunday, as the flower shops are closed.

You can use our free wifi in the lobby, bar and in your room.

Our gourmet shop is located in the "Ansitz zum Löwen" directly on the historic village square.

In addition to a basic assortment of food and drinks, we also offer you a large selection of local, regional products, such as various types of cheese, bacon, Kaminwurzen and other South Tyrolean specialities. You will also find a lovingly selected range of souvenirs and postcards at "Genuss am Platz". Furthermore, hiking maps, books and tobacco products can also be purchased there.

 

Our half board includes the rich breakfast and the evening menu.

Guided hikes

Twice a week you can take part in a free guided walk. More detailed information is available at the reception.

Hiking equipment

Hiking backpack, water bottles, telescopic hiking poles and snowshoes can be hired free of charge from reception.

Winter

Our hotel shuttle takes you to the skiing area Schöneben-Haideralm, twice daily there and back. The departure times are available at the reception. We kindly ask you to book in advance.

Summer

Our hotel shuttle takes you to the starting points for hikes three times a week and picks you up again at your destination. For more information, departure times etc. please contact reception.

If you invite guests for breakfast or dinner, please inform the hotel reception.

Breakfast is charged at Euro 25,00 per person and the evening menu at Euro 65,00 (Sunday Euro 70,00) per person without drinks.

Your personal key card opens your room door as well as the garage door. If you go out in the evening and come back later, please do not forget your key card, it will also open the sliding door at the main entrance for you.

You need a lunch box for the journey home or a day trip?
Please order it one day in advance, within 6 pm, at the reception. Lunch boes do not have to be paid for if they replace dinner or breakfast. Otherwise we charge Euro 13.00 per person.

The local daily newspaper Dolomiten is available for you every day in the library. Should you wish a personal daily newspaper or magazine, please ask at the reception.

We ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted in the hotel rooms and all public areas.

Well-behaved dogs are gladly accepted at the Weisses Kreuz.
We make every effort to ensure that your faithful companion feels at home. You are welcome to take your dog to the hotel bar and the panorama terrace. However, we do not accept dogs in our dining rooms, as well as on the sunbathing lawn and in the wellness area.
As a small contribution for additional cleaning, we charge 15.00 euros per day.

We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the Ansitz zum Löwen and in the new building.

We are happy to offer you the option of ordering additional pillows. We have down pillows, allergy pillows, millet pillows, pine pillows and sheep's wool pillows.

Please let us know if you have a pillow request.

From 2-6 pm our waitress will serve you refreshing drinks and some snacks at the pool and garden area.

Sending postcards has fallen out of fashion over the years.
We think that's a shame. That's why we're doing it again and have designed pretty cards for your holiday greetings! You can get them at the reception and we will send them to you free of charge!

Our reception is staffed from 08 - 21.30 hrs. You will be looked after there by our staff as well as the hosts Marlene and Mara.

In the sauna area you will find our Silent Lounge, equipped with waterbeds, as well as our Spa Relax Room with relaxation beds and a relaxing water feature. These are open from 12 noon in winter and from 2 pm in summer.

On the upper floor you will find our spacious and light-flooded panorama relax room and the spa sun terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view. These are already open for you from 10 am.

Our sauna area is an absolutely nude area. Children under the age of 14 are strictly prohibited from entering.

Our saunas are heated daily from 2 - 8 pm in summer and from 12 - 8 pm in winter. A sauna infusion takes place once a week.

Please note the instructions for sauna use in the sauna area. We kindly ask you not to reserve the relax loungers with towels. If you feel uncomfortable being naked in the sauna, we ask you to use a sauna kilt, which you can get at the reception.

In Burgeis you will find our gourmet shop (you get a 10% discount showing your room card) and a sports fashion shop directly on the village square. Our neighbouring village of Mals has a small pedestrian zone with several shoe, clothing and jewellery shops.

The nearest larger town is Merano (approx. 60 km), which is highly recommended for a shopping trip. There are also two duty-free shopping towns nearby, Samnaun (approx. 47 km) and Livigno (approx. 56 km).

There is a telephone in your room, which is connected to an automatic switchboard and equipped with a counter for billing the calls. Your telephone will be exempted at your request.

For the time of your stay you will receive the VenostaCard (summer).

The VenostaCard allows you to use the Venosta train and all other public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge. Upon presentation of the VenostaCard, you will also receive discounts on cable cars, museums and leisure facilities.

The card is valid for 7 days from the first use. If your stay is longer, you can get a second card at the reception.

The new yoga and meditation room offers a peaceful ambience for your postures, stretches and relaxation. You can take part in the yoga classes with Annalisa every Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 6 pm and every second Saturday in the morning from 8 to 9 a.m..

In addition, once a week we offer the possibility to book a private lesson with Annalisa. Always on Tuesdays from 15.30 - 16.45 - 125 Euro.

The yoga room is open daily from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm.

During your stay, the wellness bag with wellness towel is at your disposal. The wellness towel serves as a pad for your relax lounger. We kindly ask you not to throw this pad into the laundry basket in the sauna area.  Bath towels are available in both the sauna and pool areas.
